Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to accomodate any changes due to production methods.
However, we do offer a 100% guarantee that our products will arrive in perfect condition, or we will replace it*.
*Please note, you must contact us within 48hrs of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for review.
Once reviewed and if deemed damaged by delivery, we will arrange a replacement for you. We will authorise a refund or store credit if we are unable to replace the product.

Please note that all prints are made to order, so please allow allow 2-5 working days for printing & processing for paper art prints.

* Should you have any issues with your parcel or delivery delays, please contact Australia Post directly as once the parcel has been shipped, it is out of our control and it is best followed up directly with Australia Post using your tracking number.

EXPRESS POST options are available at checkout at an additional $15 Flat Fee Australia Wide. However, if you need something urgently please contact us to see what we can do.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
We have a flat rate of AUD $25 for all New Zealand orders.
Please allow 3- 4 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We have a flat rate of AUD $35 on all International Orders.
FREE TRACKED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Over $300
Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
We do ship to most countries, however please be aware that all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

Flat rate $10 Shipping on all orders via Australia Post or FREE with purchase over $100.
Express shipping for Australian Orders additional $19.00 or free with any purchase over $200.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Ships with Australia Post International standard parcel post with tracking. Express shipping to New Zealand orders an additional $20.00
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
Austpost International standard post with tracking.
Delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 9-14 working days, depending on region.
