RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we do not offer refunds / returns or exchanges based on change of mind, wrong decisions, incorrect choice or any other means.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to accomodate any changes due to production methods.
However, we do offer a 100% guarantee that our products will arrive in perfect condition, or we will replace it*.
*Please note, you must contact us within 48hrs of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for review.
Once reviewed and if deemed damaged by delivery, we will arrange a replacement for you. We will authorise a refund or store credit if we are unable to replace the product.

EXPRESS POST UPGRADE - $15 AUD, Australia Only.
FREE TRACKED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Over $300 AUD (unframed prints only).
All Australian & International orders are sent with tracking.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
Please note that all prints are made to order, so please allow allow 5-7 working days for printing & processing for unframed art prints. Please allow 2-3 weeks for framed prints. We will endeavour to get orders out as fast as possible.

* Should you have any issues with your parcel or delivery delays, please contact Australia Post directly as once the parcel has been shipped, it is out of our control and it is best followed up directly with Australia Post using your tracking number.

EXPRESS POST options are available at checkout at an additional $15 Flat Fee Australia Wide. However, if you need something urgently please contact us to see what we can do.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
We have a flat rate of AUD $25 for all New Zealand orders.
Please allow 3- 4 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We have a flat rate of AUD $35 on all International Orders.
FREE TRACKED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Over $300
Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
We do ship to most countries, however please be aware that all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
