Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to accomodate any changes due to production methods.
However, we do offer a 100% guarantee that our products will arrive in perfect condition, or we will replace it*.
*Please note, you must contact us within 48hrs of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for review.
Once reviewed and if deemed damaged by delivery, we will arrange a replacement for you. We will authorise a refund or store credit if we are unable to replace the product.

Please note that all prints are made to order, so please allow allow 5-7 working days for printing & processing for unframed art prints. Please allow 2-3 weeks for framed prints. We will endeavour to get orders out as fast as possible.

We have a flat rate of AUD $25 for all New Zealand orders (Unframed sizes A5 - A2).
